Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our team. This role allows you to do what you love — provide therapy that makes a difference — while also stepping into leadership by supervising Limited Licensed clinicians and supporting the Clinic Director. - Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
- Deliver excellent, client-centered care with creativity and innovation

Supervise and mentor LLPCs and support their professional development
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture
- Partner with the Clinic Director in operational and clinical initiatives
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field

Active LPC license in Michigan (full clinical licensure required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Experience in private practice strongly preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant is a plus)
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Healthy professional boundaries and collaborative spirit
- Comfort working with diverse populations (children, teens, families, couples a bonus)
- Maintain a caseload of at least 20+ client sessions per week
- Supervise 1-5 LLPC's
- In-office counseling required at least 4 days/week
- Participate in regular 1:1s with the Clinic Director and monthly team meetings
