💼 What We Offer
- Production-based compensation model: Base hourly rate plus commission
- Total earning potential: $70,000–$90,000+ annually (based on caseload and experience)

🧑⚕️ What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy for teens, families, and adults (experience with children and couples is a plus)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
- Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture
- Opportunity to Supervise and mentor LLMSWs
- Partner with the Clinic Director as the clinic expands
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in social work or related field

Active LMSW license in Michigan (full clinical licensure required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Experience in private practice strongly preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus (not required)
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
- Tech-savvy (Office 365 & EHR systems; Valant is a plus)
- Ability to model and maintain healthy professional boundaries
📅 Expectations
- Full-time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
- In-office counseling required at least 4 days/week
- Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director + monthly team meetings
