Oversee daily clinical operations, lead and develop the clinical team, ensure compliance and quality standards, and support the growth and success of the clinic.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
- Provide ongoing supervision, case consultation, and clinical oversight for up to 8–10 direct reports
- Maintain a balanced workload of patient care and administrative duties
- Monitor documentation compliance and quality of care
- Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented clinic culture
- Review clinic performance data to drive operational and clinical decisions
- Serve as the point of accountability for overall clinic productivity and outcomes
- Billable Hours/Week: 15
- Supervision Capacity: Clinical oversight for 8–10 staff members
- Performance: Responsible for meeting clinic hiring, retention, and productivity benchmarks
- Master’s degree and full Michigan licensure as:
- LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker (Clinical)
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a fee-for-service private practice or outpatient mental health clinic
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Michigan mental health regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up clinic environment
- Currently practicing in or near Clinton Township, MI
- Credentialed with multiple payers, including Optum, BCBS MI, Cigna, and Aetna
- Lead a high-performing clinic with strong local ownership support
- Performance-based pay model with competitive earning potential

This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
