Support role to the Clinical Director for assigned teams or service lines at the local clinic level.
- Manage daily operations for assigned teams in the clinic
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation for assigned clinicians
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires locally
- Monitor documentation compliance for assigned staff
- Support clinician engagement and morale within the clinic
- Support the Clinical Director as needed
- Track team performance metrics locally and share results with leadership
- Contribute to clinic outreach and community engagement efforts
- Billable Hours/Week: 18
- Supervision Capacity: Clinical supervision for up to 6-8 clinicians
- Hiring & Retention: Support hiring efforts and meet retention benchmarks for assigned clinic
- Promotion Path: Demonstrated ability to run clinic operations with minimal oversight and readiness for full Clinical Director responsibilities
- Master’s degree plus full Michigan licensure as one of the following:
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker (Clinical)
- Michigan Board-Approved Supervisor (or eligible within 90 days)
- 1–2+ years in a clinical supervisor or management role
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Grow into a Clinical Director role with a locally owned, supportive leadership team

Many mental health and wellness-focused companies are non-profits or government agencies, which rely on the general public, grants, or large donors for funding. This model often results in little creativity and lower compensation for employees, promoting a work culture that just makes people feel “blah.”
